US/UK Strike Houthi Targets in Yemen
US and British forces struck more than 60 Houthi targets in Yemen on Friday after repeated warnings against their attacks in the Red Sea against commercial shipping. According to the Houthi spokesperson, three of their soldiers were killed and five wounded in the attacks while no casualties or damage to equipment was reported by the US or UK.
Since the primary attack, the Houthis did launch another missile attack against a commercial ship in Red Sea carrying Russian oil. The attack caused no damage or casualties and appears to have been in error as the Houthis have yet to claim responsibility for the attack. In response, the US launched Tomahawk cruise missiles against Houthi radar sites used in the engagement.
As of this report militia groups in Iraq and Syria have claimed responsibility for three attacks against US bases in the region but really nothing out of the ordinary. We are still waiting to see if Iran, the Houthis or anyone in the axis of resistance will respond to the joint US/UK attacks.

It presents the dilemma for Western policymakers: continue pouring resources into the war for an improbable victory or cut funding, risking a Ukrainian loss. The Biden administration insists on maintaining the strategy even without Congress's approval.
